What is it

Plan the journey.
Log every stop.

Sht Trip is a road trip tracker built for the honest traveller. Map your route, discover what's worth stopping for, and document every mile — including the unscheduled ones.

Real routing, not straight lines on a map. Stops you can reorder on the fly. And a trip that quietly records itself while you drive.

Adding a destination in Sht Trip — searching for the next town to add to the route

How it works

Three steps. One road.

  1. 01

    Plot the route

Drop your stops in any order. Sht Trip draws the real roads between them — and finds what’s worth pulling over for.

  2. 02

    Hit the road

The trip records itself in the background. Snap a photo, pin a moment, file a log — all in one tap, from anywhere.

  3. 03

    Get the Debrief

Every trip ends with a report card. Miles, states, stops, photos — and your official Plop Score. Built to share.

The hero feature

Yes, there's a poop tracker.

A fully functional one. With ratings, a desperation slider, crime-scene categorisation, and an end-of-trip report card. Because someone had to build it.

The end of every trip

The Debrief.

Every trip ends with a full report. Miles survived. States conquered. Incidents en route. What you watched between stops. And your official Plop Score.

It's the part people actually share — a clean, deadpan report card of where you went and what happened along the way.

Questions, answered

The fine print, in plain English.

Is the poop tracker actually real?

Yes. Fully functional — ratings, a desperation slider, crime-scene categories, badges, the works. You can ignore it entirely. Most people don’t.

Do I have to remember to start a trip?

No. Sht Trip detects when you’re driving and records in the background, so the map fills itself in. Start one manually too, if you like a plan.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Download your route for offline before you leave civilisation. Photos and logs are saved locally and sync the moment you’re back online.

What do you do with my location data?

We use it to route you and map your trip — that’s it. It isn’t sold. Maps and routing run through third-party services like HERE and OpenRouteService. The full Privacy Policy spells it out.

What does it cost?

Free to download on iOS and Android. Map the journey, log every stop, get the debrief — no charge to get on the road.
